Application Check List:

• Online application form
  
• Latest tax return (or that of your legal guardian if you are a dependent)
  
• Up to date OFFICIAL school transcripts
  
• Resume (include all extracurricular activities and work experience)
  
• 3 Letters of Reference (1 professional, 1 personal, and 1 academic. If you have no work experience than 1 personal and 2 academic will suffice)
  
• 500 word essay on why you should be a Gemma Recipient
  
• Budget followed by supporting documents (receipts, invoices) of your necessary education expenses (i.e. books, room & board, auxiliary expenses, and tuition costs)

All documents (besides the online form) should be mailed, faxed or emailed to scholarships@thegemmafoundation.org. We ask all information to be submitted together no later than 4 week before payment deadline.
